  3. Out of Parish families / Principal's discretion.
The following will be needed in order to register your child(ren):

  • A health form must be completed by your physician prior to the start of school.
A student information form will be sent home each September to update pertinent/emergency information needed by the school. A portion of this form will also serve as a release to publish information in the school directory.

St. John the Evangelist School does not mandate fundraising (e.g., calendar sales, candy sales, Bingo, etc.) or require set parent volunteer hours / payment if mandatory volunteer hours are not met.

Therefore, your contribution and support of the SJS Development Program is appreciated.  The revenues received from non-tuition, i.e., the comprehensive development program (Annual Fund, Auction, Legacy Gala, and Golf and Tennis Classic), allows St. John’s School to offer a reduced tuition rate.  Continued parental participation and support of these facets of our school community remain increasingly important for the school to continue to provide a per child subsidy to all families in the school.
